CARBONATION

Flat Drinks:

Possible Fault: CO2 cylinder valve closed
Solution: Open the CO2 cylinder valve

Possible Fault: CO₂ pressure low / CO₂ cylinder empty
Solution: Change the CO₂ cylinder

Possible Fault: Drink too warm
Solution: Ensure unit is “ON” and clean or clear refrigerator condenser grill

Overfoaming:

Possible Fault: Dirty nozzle / diffuser
Solution: Clean the dispense nozzle / diffuser

Possible Fault: Drink too warm
Solution: Ensure unit is “ON” and clean or clear refrigerator condenser grill

Too Weak / Too Strong:

Possible Fault: CO2 cylinder valve closed
Solution: Open the CO2 cylinder valve

Possible Fault: CO₂ pressure low / CO₂ cylinder empty
Solution: Change the CO₂ cylinder

Possible Fault: Dispense valve out of adjustment
Solution: Call your Customer Service Centre

TASTE

Off Taste:

Possible Fault: Dirty nozzle/diffuser
Solution: Clean the dispense nozzle / diffuser

Possible Fault: Wrong flavour connected to syrup line
Solution: Connect syrup line to correct flavour and open dispense valve until rectified

Possible Fault: Dirty product line
Solution: Call your Customer Service Centre

Flavour Strength (No Syrup):

Possible Fault: Empty Bag-in-Box (BiB)
Solution: Replace empty BiB with a fresh BiB of same flavour

Possible Fault: Line obstruction (e.g. kinked)
Solution: Free lines of any restriction

Possible Fault: Faulty change-over valve
Solution: Manually switch change-over valve to full BiB

Possible Fault: CO2 cylinder low/empty or valve closed
Solution: Change cylinder or open the CO2 cylinder valve

Possible Fault: Faulty syrup pump
Solution: Call your Customer Service Centre

Flavour Strength (no water):

Possible Fault: Water off
Solution: Open main water stop cock (follow blue line from carbonator / machine)

Possible Fault: CO2 cylinder low/empty or valve closed
Solution: Open the CO2 cylinder valve and/or replace CO2

Possible Fault: Reset button tripped
Solution: Follow reset instructions located on the cooler or carbonator

TEMPERATURE

Warm Drinks:

Possible Fault: Refrigeration unit not working
Solution: Check main power supply switch is "ON" to power the refrigeration unit

Possible Fault: Insufficient airflow through condenser
Solution: Clean cooler condenser grill

Possible Fault: Grill obstruction
Solution: Remove any objects blocking air into or out of refrigeration unit

Possible Fault: Reset button tripped
Solution: Follow reset instructions located on the cooler
